Common questions.

Do you work with my property manager, or against them?

Neither. We work for you. We coordinate access with your PM but report only to you. If we find something the PM should fix, we tell you — and you tell them.

My PM already does inspections. Why pay you?

Your PM has incentives — keeping the property bookable, keeping repair costs low, keeping their cleaner happy. We have one incentive: telling you what we see. The two are not the same job.

What if my property is in a market you don't cover yet?

Tell us where it is. We add metros every month based on demand. If we don't have an inspector in your market within 60 days of your request, we'll refund the first month.

Are inspectors employees or contractors?

Independent contractors, background-checked through Checkr, vetted via a test inspection before they're approved for paid work. Their work is scored by AI on every report before you see it.

Can I just buy individual inspections without the subscription?

Yes — $189 per single inspection. The subscription is cheaper if you want more than one a year.

What about privacy and security of the photos?

Photos are stored encrypted, accessible only to you. Inspectors sign NDAs. We don't share, sell, or use property images for any purpose other than your report.

Why OwnerSight, not the alternatives.
